Tom Stokes joined Dan Shomon Inc. ten years ago and is currently a consultant focused on Government and Community Relations as well as Human Capital Management and Development. Tom has served as Dan Shomon Inc.’s point person on real estate community and public affairs. In addition, Tom is the lead consultant for our grassroots projects.

Tom has a career spanning over twenty-five years in human resources management and consulting.   He has been the lead HR officer in companies and industries such as financial services, mining, heavy manufacturing, high-tech, and transportation. Tom also was the lead consultant on a multifaceted consulting project for an online grocer.

 

Tom received his Bachelor’s degree in English from The College of the Holy Cross, and he holds a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
